ELFy is a family of mobile apps designed to support people with long term conditions such as Asthma and Epilepsy. ELFy recognises that not remembering to take medication correctly is one of the main causes of avoidable complications and deaths in the population, and results in tens of billions in costs to health services. ELFy's mission is to reach out to all parts of the community with a simple, easy to use, friendly, non-medical tool that offers important alerts, carefully curated key info, a unique traffic-light style Action Plan for emergencies, and more. Launched in 2015, ELFy is now available on the iOS and Android stores.
Design and development were by George Shapter and Joe Robertson of QIP. I created the name, creative directed the design and content and co-wrote the text, and created and manage the website and Facebook and other social pages.
A 50,000 word children's adventure story, 'The Morphant' by Cornelius Fuel is aimed at 9-12's. it was launched as an e-novel on Kindle and iBooks in 2015, as an audiobook and Matador-published paperback in 2017. I created the Cornelius Fuel brand, wrote the book, creative directed the cover and inside illustrations, logos and design, and produced the audiobook and e-novel versions. I also created the website, Facebook, YouTube and other social pages.
